Further metadata can be added in FileHound in the form of TAGS and is one of the quickest and easiest way to attach key metadata to a document.
You can add and remove TAGS from the Document Index panel.
TOP TIP 1:
TAGS can be created as whole words, groups of words, characters, numbers or a mix of them all - even special characters can be used in TAGS. There is no limit on the number of TAGS you can add to a document.
TOP TIP 2:
TAGS are great for project documentation! Create a TAGS with the name of the project, project code or project manager so you can easily search and identify all the documents relating to the project.
