It happens to us all - sometimes we can't remember our login password. Don't worry here are the steps to help you when you forget your password.
STEP ONE : On the Login page of your FileHound web page, press the Forgotten your password option below your account details.

STEP TWO : Now enter your email address that is associated with your account.

STEP THREE : Once you receive the email from FileHound, click on the link and follow the instructions given to change your password.
NEED FURTHER HELP:
Don't worry if you cannot remember your email address used for login, just reach out to your organisations FileHound Administrator for help and assistance.
IMPORTANT:
When changing your secure password please ensure to refer to your FileHound Administrator for your organisations secure password policy.
