Keywords in the Content Discovery Tool Kit are re-usable, and can be left in the Keywords Manager to be used in future scans.
However, Keywords can be deleted from the Keywords Manager for house-keeping or compliance reasons, such keywords or phrases intended for a single use data scan, such as those containing Personally Identifiable Information.
To delete Keywords, navigate to the Keywords Manager
From the Keywords Manager page, select the individual ungrouped Keywords you wish to delete. You can also select Grouped Keywords by selecting the checkbox next to the name of the group.
Next, click the Delete button then confirm by clicking Yes on the confirmation popup.
