NOTE:

You will need to have administrative access in order to carry out these steps

 


STEP ONE: Navigate to the Admin Centre by clicking on Administration from the charm bar


Click on Administration from the charm bar


STEP TWO: Next, under Documents, select Document Types 


Select Document Types


STEP THREE: Click on the add icon and select Document Typefrom the dropdown


Click on Document Type


STEP FOUR: Fill in the details required and click ADD



Fill in the details and click ADD
