To Edit a Role:
- Hover over the Security tab on the left charms bar.
- Click Roles, this will bring you to the Roles page.
- Select a Role.
In the centre of your FileHound you will see the Editing Section, here is what you can do there:
Using the Permissions tab:
Here you are able to set the permissions of a role. The document type permissions are:
- Create, represented by a- also applicable for Notes and Related.
- View, represented by a- also applicable for Notes and Related.
- Delete, represented by a - also applicable for Notes and Related.
- Index, represented by a
- Move, represented by a
- Download, represented by a
- Email, represented by a
- Print, represented by a
Using the Members tab:
Here you can add members to a specific role. To do this:
- Find the user you wish to add to the selected role.
- Click the Addbutton to the left of the username.
